Taught by Redware artist Andrew Loercher, students will use the rolled slab method for construction. After the design is drawn, glaze will be applied. All work will be fired and returned to the Museum Store after two weeks The Redware Pie Plates are food safe.

About the Instructor:
Andrew Loercher has been a redware potter for 45 years. He participates in a number of arts shows each year and is a member of the PA Guild of Craftsmen. Andy is a native of Lancaster county and taught art education for Kindergarten through the college level at Millersville University.
