Learn the basics of this lost art! Taught by Karen Wattai, make a tatted bookmark using a needle. Karen will be there to instruct you through every loop and knot!
No previous tatting experience needed. learn how to read a pattern and construct rings and chains. Various bookmark patterns will be available for you to choose from.
The workshop is held in the Landis Valley Museum Store 2nd Floor Classroom – there is one flight of stairs. Saturday April 27, 2024 9 AM – 4 PM

About the Instructor:
Karen Wattai has been a fiber fan for as long as she can remember and has always enjoyed needlework and crafting with her mother and grandmothers, and designing pieces. She taught herself tatting about 30 years ago and finds it so fascinating – what can be done with those knots.
