Would you like to learn how to bake in a 1700’s outdoor bake oven? Join our basic class where you will learn howto safely fire, hoe, and mop a bake oven. We will be making bread, rolls, and other treats. Be sure to bring a light lunch as we will be sampling the finished products in the afternoon.
Students should wear natural fiber clothes, no hairspray (as it is flammable). You may also want to bring an apron.
