Yellow Barn & Courtyard
The Yellow Barn was built in 1939 with timber framing from the earlier 1814 Brick Farmstead barn. This historic building was the first one George & Henry Landis used to house their museum exhibits.
With a capacity of 200-225 people maximum in 2,800 sq. ft., the Yellow Barn is perfect for wedding receptions, fundraisers, company picnics, luncheons, holiday parties, family reunions, dances, socials or any other event you can imagine. It is beautifully decorated with hundreds of white twinkle lights laced around the wooden columns and draped across the ceiling beams giving it a warm and elegant glow. Just imagine arriving at this scene in a horse-drawn carriage! What a memorable experience!
The rental of the Yellow Barn includes a large covered stone stable that is ideal for your buffet (picture above). Also included is a beautiful outdoor 3,500 sq. ft. grassy courtyard. This is a perfect location for your ceremony and cocktails and hors d’oeuvres reception.
Heated in the winter and fans in the summer, the barn is available March – December for events from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Bathrooms are just behind the Yellow Barn next to the North Stable with 3 stalls for both men and ladies.
The Yellow Barn Includes Industrial Torpedo Propane heat, 2 Patio Heaters, ceiling fans and 2 Industrial floor fans. No AC.
*Great for buffet and/or bar area and caterer setup; can also be used to expand capacity.

Firehouse
The Firehouse is a replica of an early rural firehouse. The building consists of one large room with lovely wooden floors and a smaller back room for food handling with a bar and large triple-door refrigeration unit – a total of 1,258 square feet for both rooms. It offers an electronically opened viewing screen for all types of presentations.
This is the perfect place for smaller weddings, corporate training sessions, office parties, bridal and baby showers, and rehearsal dinners offering a capacity of 100 people for a sit-down dinner.
Heated and air-conditioned, the Firehouse is available daytime for showers and corporate meetings and evening hours for weddings.
There is ample area outside the Firehouse for an outdoor ceremony. In addition, just behind the Firehouse is a beautiful tree-lined picnic grove with plenty of picnic tables for your enjoyment as well.

1856 Landis Valley House Hotel
Please Note: Hotel has multiple rooms to use. Use one or use them all, depending on your event.
Landis Valley House Hotel was built in 1856 by Jacob Landis Jr. in our crossroads village and gave the name Landis Valley to the community which grew around it. The Hotel is furnished to depict circa 1900. Still standing in its original location at the intersection of Reading Road and Kissel Hill Road, it served both local patrons and travelers and was a regular route for the Conestoga wagons. The hotel was used as the Landis Valley Post Office from 1872 to 1913, and up until the late 1960’s still operated as a popular local bar and restaurant.
This is the perfect setting for a more intimate gathering such as anniversary parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties or luncheons. The hotel has a bar room, parlor room and card room for a total of 832 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to a total 65 people in the entire main floor eating area. It is also equipped with a professional kitchen.
Heated and air-conditioned, the Landis House Hotel is available year-round during both daytime hours and after hours from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

The Visitor Center
The Visitor Center was built in 1969 to resemble an 18th-century market house and offers an auditorium.
A great place for an evening meeting, the Auditorium holds up to 100 people. A large screen and state-of-the-art projection equipment are available to assist you with your presentations.
Bathrooms are available in this building as well as a handicapped accessible bathroom.
