Would you like to learn how to bake in a 1700’s outdoor bake oven? Join our basic class where you will learn how to safely fire, hoe and mop a bake oven.
We will be making bread, rolls and other treats. Be sure to bring a light lunch as we will be sampling the finished products in the afternoon.
Students should wear natural fiber clothes, no hairspray as it is flammable. You may want to bring an apron. Please bring a water bottle and a lite lunch.
