All Group Tour rates are for groups of 10 or more
Parking – Take the first right at the cemetery and park in front of the Visitor Center to unload your passengers in front of our Visitor Center. There is a sign marked “motorcoach entrance” off of Landis Valley Road as well as an entrance sign in front of the building. Your motorcoach may then park in our large parking lot.
Restrooms – Restroom facilities are located throughout the site. There is a handicapped restroom in the Visitor Center and next to the Landis Valley House Hotel.
Handicap Accessibility – Most buildings are accessible to the physically disabled with ADA approved ramps. 2 wheelchairs are available for your use.
Walkways and Appropriate Attire – You will be walking outside to the buildings on unpaved walkways so please dress for the weather and wear suitable shoes. Most buildings are heated and air-conditioned and are close together in the Victorian Village which is a small loop.
Food Service for pre-arranged groups is offered in our historic buildings. We feature home-cooked full course meals including Pennsylvania Dutch foods. Boxed lunches and light lunches are also available. You may also choose to enjoy outdoor dining in our lovely picnic groves.
Payments – Your balance is due in advance after final counts are confirmed and invoices received. We accept payment for the balance due by exact cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Kindly give 30-day cancellation notice. Meals and some special programs require a deposit.
Group tour rates and tour operator rates vary based on tour inclusions and type of tour. Discounts are offered for all group reservations of 10 or more, including additional youth discounts.

Guided Tour – You’ll start at the Visitor Center with a greeting and our orientation video. After the video, a guide will take you through the Victorian village to visit traditional craftsmen and costumed interpreters in historic buildings.
Self-Guided Tour – Your visit starts with a greeting, the video, and an orientation by staff. Then, you are given a map and daily activity schedule so you may enjoy the village on your own, at your leisure.
