From Needle to Shuttle
Have you ever been curious about tatting? Here’s your chance. This class will cover needle tatting for those who would like to try it, or if you would like to take it a step further and try shuttle tatting. The class will be tailored to what YOU would like to learn. Both techniques create those zany knots that form those rings and chains.
Your kit will include instructions, size 5 tatting needle, tatting shuttle, and thread. Please bring scissors.2nd Floor Classroom – there is one flight of stairs. This is a two day class Thursday and Friday March 20 & 21, 2025 9 AM – 4 PM. All sales are final, no refunds. Proceeds benefit the Museum.

Enroll NowKaren Wattai has been a fiber fan for as long as she can remember and has always enjoyed needlework and crafting with her mother and grandmothers, and designing pieces. She taught herself tatting about 30 years ago and finds it so fascinating – what can be done with those knots.
